Hamid is a professional HR practitioner with more than 18 years of hands-on experience in a variety of industry sectors including FMCG (Food & Beverages), Textiles, Metal & Steel, Automobile and Education. He has worked in both unionised and non-unionised environments. Hamid's experience has been gained in leading international orgainzations in a variety of HR leadership roles. Through his international experience, Hamid has gained sound cultural knowledge, and has had broad operational grounding in HR processes, compliance and business partnering, combining this with executive, strategic consolidation and change management experience in his recent assignments.

Hamid is capable of supporting businesses to achieve short and long term goals, devising, implementing and maintaining Human Resource systems and policies, and has operational knowledge and oversight of Employee Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) policies and processes. He has successfully led the Sales Academy of Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan for 2 years.

Hamid has tertiary qualification in Business and Human Resource Management and have competed selected subjects of a Bachelor of Law degree. He is certified professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) and carry Senior Professional in Human Resources-International (SPHRi™) title from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA.
